the fact that you all are requiring masks now after being open for 2 weeks, and not requiring masks this is ridiculous and I guarantee you will lose business because of it. we take a risk of laying in a bed after someone else has been in it why would we where masks? you just lost a 3 year costumer because of this!

RecommendedI love the beds and people. But a little disappointed when I tanned about a year ago I froze my account and it didn’t get frozen so to restart my membership I had to pay almost 200. Which I could have spent on products bc I love the products there. Which has nothing to do with salon but corporate.
The individuals that work here are ALWAYS kind and ready to do anything to make tanning with Palm Beach the best experience!! They have certainly done that❤️
Everyone is always so polite and very helpful. And i love the beds.
Love the new beds they are amazing. The staff is very knowledge about the bed and tanning lotion.

Compared to the other Columbia location, this place sucks. Only one lay down bed in the gold level, so usually a longer wait. The staff is never friendly, usually one or all of them are too distracted by their phones. Even the manager didn’t say a word at the desk when your there because she’s on her phone. Apparently there was a special like 30% off that multiple people were offered but not me. They also don’t offer Kleenex’s like the other one, which i find super useful.
