RecommendedI have only been a customer of Palm Beach Tan for a short time. But, so far I have enjoyed the tanning experience. The beds are great and so is the staff. All of the girls at the Chanhassen location are friendly, helpful and always greet me with a smile. Avery always remembers me and is helpful in picking a lotion that works for my needs. Kennedy is always smiling and ready to help with anything. Keep up the good work!
Palm Beach Tan is always clean. The staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the tanning beds and products. I love tanning here versus a hair salon or other establishment that just has the beds for some extra cash.
I love the Chanhassen location. The staff is friendly & helpful. Their suggestion have assisted me ( who is a natural redhead & hard to tan) to actually get color. Amazing!
Beds are getting old and they Don't seem like they will be replacing them anytime soon.

Friendly staff! Some staff are very knowledgeable and awesome sales people while some do not seem to have the answers. I have experienced different pricing (for the same service) depending on who is working.
Cancelled my account last year still was getting charged. After months of trying to get ahold of the manager I finally did. She would not give me all my money back but we settled on half. To bad it's been three months and I still have not received it. Never have I ever had this awful of service. I hope for the next person they can get it together.
