They are a rip off and a racket. They charged me 100 dollars for their clerical error. Maybe if they hired a more mature staff?? The little girl was very sweet, but she looked like she was 13 years old. The manager sounds more seasoned like maybe a freshman in high school. I guess you feel better being jerked around by a munchkin.

The entire staff at Cottage Hill & Oakland is very knowledgable on the different beds and products and help you understand which is best for your tanning goals. This location is always well maintained and exceptionally clean. I always enjoy my experience at Palm Beach.

Awesome customer service, not a long wait for a diamond bed. I wish the KBL's water cooler worked, though. Other than that, always a joyful experience.
