Not a fan. They bought out what used to be body heat tanning. It was a great salon when it was body heat. Palm beach took away the red light beds and changed the hours which are terrible hours. We also have to wait 24 hours to the dot. Didn’t have to with body heat or other salons I e looked into. After this month, will be finding a different salon, hopefully. Prices went way too high after they took over from the other place !
Arrived at 9:00 AM and the location was still closed at 9:20 AM….despite the sign and website both listing a 9:00 AM opening time. Accurate hours would help customers plan accordingly and avoid an unnecessary trip. I wanted to flag that your posted hours, both on-site and online….show a 9:00 AM open, but the location wasn’t open at 9:20 AM. As a customer who drove out specifically for that time, it’s frustrating to wait with no explanation.
