Super disappointed! I opened up a membership more than 15 years ago..last time I re-activated my account years ago I was able to use my tan dollars toward my membership fees.for the past 2 months I contacted corporate and customer service regarding the fees that I have been getting charged these past 2 months..this company does not care for their members no one ever contacts you back..my 5 other friends will be cxling their membership also..
Me and 3 of my bridesmaids came here around 6:30pm Today to get spray tans before my bachelorette trip, and the gentleman working was extremely friendly and soooo helpful! He welcomed us as soon as we walked in and when we mentioned we were there for the free spray tan deal he jumped right to it and got us started. We are so excited to see the finished results of our spray tans but the experience tonight at the decatur location was enough to return again! Thank you!!
*update: I went in there 2 months later to see that very older customers of lighter complexion, but clearly overtanning, were able to use max tanning time. Very curious that their "standard procedures" weren't for everyone, but rather who they picked and chose. I've been a member for a few years, and yesterday I canceled my membership. The girl at the front desk stated that after a while of not going indoor tanning that she is only allowed to give me the minimum time for the bed. This is after the day before where i did tan the maximum minimum alottment.To include my every other day visits only being increased by increments of 2 minutes per visit till they deem it fit to allow me maximum time allowable for specific beds.
