Every time my daughter and I go in there is a different person at the counter and each one has given us different information. On Saturday I told the receptionist that I had gotten burned on Thursday. She didn't seem concerned and put me in a different room. Tonight I was told that I should not be tanning if I am burned. The ladies that work there are always so sweet and welcoming…they will go out of their way to help each person that walks in their facility.
Great job handling new guidelines.
I had to visit twice for my child to have a tan that was visible . The first day the representative at the check in desk was impolite and was distracted by other customers . One customer in particular complained about her tan not setting and that the person who set up her room was incompetent. The second day the front desk person was super helpful and pleasant and helped us immediately. Rachel, Jillian, Bella, and Bailey are always so helpful and greet me with a smiling face. They are the reason I enjoy going to the Schertz location. Sam has a great staff and takes pride in her very clean store!
