I went in in June to cancel my account, I just don't use it as much as I hoped. I bought some products to use up the last of my rewards and signed a few things. However, I am still getting charged the full amount monthly and I can't seem to get any answers about my account actually being cancelled or refunds.
RecommendedLove the staff at the Bellevue salon! I was a sunless tanning newbie last year and the staff was awesome about explaining how the beds work and which plan would give me the best results. I CAN’T WAIT till they are able to re-open!
the previous store manager and current store manager have always been knowledgable, friendly - first name basis, quick service - without jeopardizing quality customer service, clean place w/ excellent bed upkeep. I love the staff - this place rocks!!

the staff is always friendly even when its busy. always Eager to find a solution or help in any way possible. They make sure a thorough explanation of the products is given even if it isn't your 1st time and you have questions about something new.
