Salon is nice and clean the staff is friendly, helpful and great but they don’t have a clear understanding of all the promotions and such especially dealing with return customers. Last time it was free tan week I was told that Is only for new customers but that wasn’t the case 2 days prior when I utilized the free tan ( my account is frozen so I am paying a small monthly fee) also they don’t seem to clearly understand the pricing when frozen. The girls working there are fantastic, they will give you advice on tanning services or help you pick out products. Always cheerful and happy to see you.

Love the staff @ the Plymouth Mn location on Vicksburg. They are always friendly and take a genuine interest in chatting with me and my hubby! A special ‘thank-you’ to Ashley, Hannah, Michelle, Kayla and Kelly!
