DESERVES 10 *!!!!! My dog had badly stained my light colored nearly brandnew master bedroom area rug. Andy was the most knowledgeable oriental rug professional we have met, since the rug merchant beneath the bazaar in Istanbul! Overall, a great investment in our rug collection.
