In our experience, this company was unreliable, unprofessional and inconsiderate. Here are the facts. On November 18, they visited our house, took our oriental carpet for cleaning, and promised it would be returned before Christmas. The owner even wrote “By Xmas” on the Work Order. This was important to us because, as we explained to the owner, we intended to give this to our daughter as a Christmas present, and she was due to visit us from out of state over the Holidays. We had our very old and huge oriental rug cleaned. Our little dog got sick and had diarrhea all over the oriental rug and before that multiple dogs in our family used it to go to the bathroom it smelt very bad had urine and feces stains. Andy came to the house, gave us a price and guaranteed to get out all of the smells when he returned it. We was very surprised at how nice it turned out and I even bent over and put my nose on the carpet to smell it. The outers are completely gone. We are very happy and very satisfied.
Very happy with the results. Andy was professional and competent. The rugs are beautiful and look brand new. I highly recommend him.
DESERVES 10 *!!!!! My dog had badly stained my light colored nearly brandnew master bedroom area rug. I originally called a different cleaning service but their product only made the stain larger and more noticeable.
