We had our very old and huge oriental rug cleaned. Our little dog got sick and had diarrhea all over the oriental rug and before that multiple dogs in our family used it to go to the bathroom it smelt very bad had urine and feces stains. Andy came to the house, gave us a price and guaranteed to get out all of the smells when he returned it. We was very surprised at how nice it turned out and I even bent over and put my nose on the carpet to smell it. The outers are completely gone. We are very happy and very satisfied.

DESERVES 10 *!!!!! My dog had badly stained my light colored nearly brandnew master bedroom area rug. I originally called a different cleaning service but their product only made the stain larger and more noticeable. Searching the web, I found Andy-from Palm Beach Oriental Rugs- He picked up my rug, took it to his cleaning warehouse making no promises. Great area rug cleaning! Andy goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done correctly. He also is very knowledgeable about the area rug padding that helps extend the life of your rugs.

We had 16 high quality antique oriental rugs (Persian, Moroccan, Turkish and Chinese) cleaned, restored and refringed by Palm Beach Oriental Rug Pros. Andy was the most knowledgeable oriental rug professional we have met, since the rug merchant beneath the bazaar in Istanbul! Overall, a great investment in our rug collection. We cannot recommend Andy and his team highly enough!
