This owner is dishonest and inept. I rented an apartment they managed. The septic tank drain field failed, according to the county inspection..The sewage would back up into my shower and run out the front door. The bugs got really bad after this. I ended up sleeping in my car. Also, only 1 electrical outlet worked and it was in the bathroom. Michael wouldn't fix any of it. He retaliated against me by filing an eviction after I called the county to inspect the septic tank. He said he would stop the eviction process if I moved... read more
If this company was a hotel, it would be a five star hotel. Service was great, communication was clear, and experience was smooth. Nice to have found a place I go to for managing my properties.
