Cannot say anything about the other rooms just ours. Location, location, location. Note no lift for higher level apts.
Older style low rise block with large units. Location is terrific, close to beach Coles and many dining options.
Tidbits are good.
Great Spot. Unit clean and comfortable. Very quiet even though its close to main road. Beautiful Beach just over the road. Lovely picnic spot at river mouth and board walk close by. Coles a short 5 minute walk.
The apartment is great, comfortable beds and nice view but there were a lot of issues. One the major issues is the reception for wifi was terrible (could just be my apartment) and when a friend and I were in the pool a family was yelled at by a lady who we shall call Karen, for eating at the barbecue area.
