I really liked Dr. Hirthe then he stopped seeing patients and eventually retired. I was then set up with Dr. Flescher who I liked as well but six months after seeing him he retired also! Ugh...moving to a different office that's closer to me since I am starting all over again with a new doctor.
Horrible service no one picks up for appointments, no receptionist options everything just goes to voicemail , so whats the whole point of calling to set up and endoscopy procedure if they don’t pick up and then when they pick up supposedly put you on hold it gets disconnected and then when you call back you get sent to a a voicemail for Sandy. Overall poor service very disappointing. FYI been trying for 3 days now.
I just called to make an appointment with this office, only to be met with someone who wanted to argue with me on the phone. I am facing the possibility of a pretty bad situation, and to have someone with a horrible bedside manner answer the phone was not what I needed. My insurance does not require a referral for a specialist, so whether or not they are a PCP makes zero difference in their scheduling an appointment to see me.
Went for a consultation with Dr. Flescher to get my regular colonoscopy. As soon as he came in the room and looked at my chart he fat shamed me because I had gained weight from three years prior. Even his nurse looked at him in shock when he made the rude comnent. I walked out and will never return! To make matters worse,they had the audacity to put a claim into my insurance for the office visit that never actually took place. Waste of time. I spent one hour driving to the office and back, I spent one hour in the waiting room before leaving (I couldn't wait any longer, I have children and a job), they called me and apologetically offered a televisit with the doctor. I agreed. Then they called me back apologizing again saying "it turns out the doctor does not take my insurance". Not a good place
