Waited an hour in terrible pain to be first in line when they opened. No sign on the door or message on their phone line that they wouldn’t be opening today. Go somewhere else that cares!

first visit I was brought to an exam room that has not been cleaned. the paper on the exam table was torn and crinkled and the assistant that walked me back just threw it out and pulled down more paper and said "oh I guess they forgot to change this". no whipe down, nothing. then today the entire facility smells of diarrhea. they claim it is the sewer bring worked on next door. no it is not, I looked next door and I know what sewer smells like. this is disgusting. can't spray Lysol due to allergies? well this is a health haz... read more
Everyone was very nice. Only that I was told they didn’t except my Humana insurance. I was at Palm Bay Urgent Care about eight months ago and my insurance was excepted. The same insurance I still have now. I know Palm Bay Urgent was on my plan. Anyway even though I had to spend more money then I expected, I received the care I needed. I felt too sick to go find any other facility.
This is the third or fourth time I've used them. Every time I've been here, they are always compassionate, thorough, and do all they can to make me feel better as soon as possible. The staff are all friendly and their services are fairly quick. I will continue to use them in the future as the need arises.
