I don't like that Palm Bay Hearing Aid Center keeps sending flyers for my dad who's been deceased over 18 years. I have called and advised the staff that this is unacceptable and to stop sending them. 5 flyers and 4 calls to the office.....PLEASE STOP!
I would definitely NOT recommend this place. Once I expressed my views with regard to the type of hearing aid I can financially afford I was given "the bums rush" by John. I can honestly say this person has absolutely no "bedside manner". I was told that I would eventually be totally deaf and have dementia.This person is completely evil, I informed him that God will take care of me and will provide my needs. Excellent service. Friendly staff. Always caring.
These people are awesome!.....No nonsense......and very informative! They are especially prompt and respect a scheduled appointment. There was nothing to be afraid of and nobody tried to upsell my Wife or me on anything. The test was performed efficiently and a skilled explanation of the test results was easy to understand by Mr. John Roberts and did not scare the hell out of us. Palm Bay Hearing Aid Center is excellent. They make you feel like family and really care about your hearing health. In one visit I had my hearing tested and was fitted for the Oticon Opn. I am experiencing hearing perfectly which I haven't had for a long time - even though I had other hearing aids. I am looking forward to having a very good relationship with this center for a long time. Thank you all for being so kind.
Very nice staff, but more expensive than where I purchased my aids.
