Very unprofessional. Their staff was seen harassing a nurse for providing infection control education. She was called over to them and showed concern over standard infection control guidelines during the covid19 pandemic. This woman was then bullied and public ally humiliated by the employees. This took place only a couple miles from their workplace. Palm Bay Hearing Aid Center is great. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They were able to get me in for an appointment in a timely manner, and they diagnosed and fixed the issue I was having with my ear right away. The office is clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend Palm Bay Hearing Aid Center!

cant say enough good about the folks @ palm bay hearing aid center!!! we were in the area for a few days when one of my hearing aids stopped working. we found palm bay on the internet and gave them a call. they made room to see me the very same day! they were able to fix my hearing aid in just a few minutes and to top it off there was no charge! i would like to give special thanks to andy and melody. i highly recommend them for your hearing aid needs
Have had issues with tinnitus for years and on top of that having some issues hearing in certain situations... my husband had seen their post on FB and remember that a friend had also gone there, so I asked and they recommended them highly so I made an appointment. They were very friendly and helpful. They were not pushy at all. I have been wearing them for a little over a week. They are working each week to tweak them..would definitely recommend them also...Thank you!
my husband went to John Roberts because he had constant ringing in his ears plus some hearing loss. Thank goodness for Palm Bay hearing aid center! They are helping him and they are super nice and not pushy at all! Highly recommend them!
