This has been the worst AC we ever gotten. Our old Ac was better than this brand new ac!!!! Our old ac had low maintenance then we got this one and it was nightmare. You made a lousy job so you can charge us maintenance every 2-3 months!!! We are paycheck to paycheck. We paid this new ac cash and fully paid! First they install it the next month something wrong and the guy said it was not hook up right ....great..... then it works for awhile then something wrong with it again. At about 2:30 PM, your team was almost a man down today, because he decided to step out in the only passage way on the street, kneel down n tie his shoe just as I was coming to pass in my minivan on Borraclough Ave today because one side was already crammed with your vans (which I get that part), but COME ON.. What kind of knuckleheads are you hiring?...

No customer service!! called several times with problems wanted to talk to owner John he would never return calls. They owed me a $90. Plumbing bill, and a 5 inch filter box. Had to have them come back 6 times after installing my new A/c one of the times had to totally reinstall air handler. Workers are nice guys buttttt. Owner �

If you want to do business with a company that installs brand new units that are defective, that obviously have not a clue as to how to do a professional install, do not honor their warranty, and are rude and abusive when you call to have them actually make the unit they installed work correctly, this is the company for you!
