Rescheduled me twice for the same appointment. Came to the office to the office to dispute the change times for my appointment informing the doctor and front desk this was ridiculous and how they put me in an incomprimisable position. Then as I was being prepped for surgery being numbed, the doctor Pallavi decides to asked why was I angry earlier about the change in schedule asking at my most vulnerable state due to being under her subjection. I was apprehensive about my first root canal in many, many years but the experience with Dr. Batra was totally painless and smooth. My biggest issue was keeping my mouth open. The staff was quite pleasant..and I wouldn't have expected anything less from the former offices of Jonathan Volinsky!!
