I have been using Pallardy (now with Arco) for over 20 years. Today, my tech was Chris W, and he was amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable and very well trained. He explained everything he was doing. He showed me all the test results, along with explaining the ranges they should fall within. This allowed me to be informed about what condition all of my components are in, as of today.
