This apartment complex is running a scam. I previously lived at the Palladium Redbird and moved out about four months ago. I still have not received my deposit refund. I was told by a leasing agency agent name Cece that they have documentation of me paying a deposit, but the previous leasing agent did not enter it into their corporate system so she was unable to enter a request to refund me my deposit. After months of delayed application status and a confirmed move in date I had no choice but to look for housing elsewhere. This company and Houston Ella palladium are refusing to refund my $200 deposit that they made me pay with money order. I don’t recommend anyone move to this company completely unorganized. My next option is going back to headquarters with hope of any luck. Shouldn’t take deposits if the complexes are not actually ready

I can't give a zero because it will not allow. i live in palladium in Anna and saw ppl moving due to mold and thought I lucked out. That was a negative 3 bedroom 2 bathroom my closet in master clothes are ruined my kids room jerseys ruined furniture ruined my now living room couch filled with mold. I'm a single mom who works full-time with COPD and asthma and never thought this could happen to me.
