One of the rudest people I have ever spoken with on the phone.
I have been unsuccessful in getting a refund due to me for not moving into palladium McKinney property, the check was sent to the wrong address after I provided to correct one. The property and management company has been very insensitive to the fact that I paid 300 dollars. I have been given the run around and it’s not okay to run a business this way!!!
This whole company needs to be investigated. I have had so many problems at one of their locations, and nobody has gotten back with me to discuss it. Here it is below. 1. Since you failed to do your job and you never did your part for my recertification, a huge debt has accumulated and now you want me to take the fall for it.
