I used to love living here but recently they have added WiFi, which would sound like a benefit to the community. However, they are up charging us $10 extra for it! They have contracted to bundle this through Spectrum yet they are charging us a higher cost than what it would be if we went to Spectrum for a single purchase. Spectrum is the only provider in the area, so every resident has to sign up or we won't have internet. I WILL NOT BE RENEWING HERE
We were here for two years. The first year there under original management was wonderful, but this new "team" is horrible. Great location, but horrible apartment experience. Here are a few reasons I say this: 1. Management acts snooty. Especially the manager, Fallon. She doesn't even speak to residents, but constantly sends out threatening sounding emails. 2. I'm not a resident... yet. Researching and contacting apartment complexes so when the house sells we'll have someplace to live. Anja responded quickly and helpfully to my initial request for information, and she has been friendly and thorough in our entire email conversation. Not many people give so much attention and help to potential renters (some High Point apartments haven't responded at all) and I greatly appreciate it.

I live in one of the most annoying apartment my neighbors are not respectable living on top of your head especially having a pet running all night long and all morning long it's like having an alarm I'm so ready to move out of here� the floors are weak I can practically hear my neighbors walking and vacuuming and of course the dog barking besides everything else the area and location is great
