My husband and I have lived here coming up on one year in September. At move in, you are given a 5 minute walk through of your apartment and you must, in that short time frame, assess the apartment and make sure everything is in working order-\-\ this includes pests. Apparently they think we can see through the walls. You sign a piece of paper stating that there are no "signs" of pests or damage at the time of move in, but don't let them take advantage of you. RecommendedWe have lived here going on 5 years. The staff in the office, maintenance workers, waste management, they are all great!!! They are quick to answer questions, respond to maintenance, and they care. it is also a great location everything is at your fingertips and if your car breaks down you can always walk to eat shop or leisure...we love it here In the office Megan we love her, and Fallon has been very sweet to us. I definitely would recommend living here.

I love living here , the people in the office are top notch . They really care about you and your family . The apartments are super nice and up-to-date, the swimming pool and the fitness room are great as well. I don’t see myself living anywhere else in High Point.
I moved in to Palladium Park about a month ago. Ashley and Emily were really helpful with all the paperwork and they made my move in really smooth. The maintenance staff on site is amazing. They pretty much fix any issues you have the same day you let them know. So far loving it here! Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to move in. Thank you guys for all your amazing work! Couldn’t have asked for more!!
I've lived at Palladium Park Apartments for over 1 year now and I have absolutely no complaints. I've had quick responses to any concerns that I've had, a nice quiet community with everything that I could possibly need in walking distance. I would definitely recommend this location! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We have lived here for almost 2 years and we love it! Service calls are answered so quickly and the communication is great!
I have nothing but great things to say about my time as a resident here. The apartment has a lot of space and it really feels like home. I can walk to restaurants, bars, and the movies without having to worry about parking. The gym is very convenient and the area is very safe. Glad I made the choice to move here!
