Not a resident here but the customer service from Karen and Lea were excellent!! They responded to my email in less than 5 minutes and advised me helpful information. Thank you both for your hard work!!
Went to view property today and was not greeted or acknowledged by staff. Waiting for five minutes while staff members pass by me and continued with their own affairs. Definitely a red flag 🚩 very unprofessional and rude.
