I was here to cover a few days at the office. Great place and the management is friendly and very nice to the residents.
I’ve been here for almost 3 years now and we’ve had about 5 different managers come and go and let me just say that our current manager toray is by far the best manager we’ve ever had! Anything you inform him about he does his absolute best to resolve it. And he is a very understanding person. He keeps the apartments nice and clean. Just did a drive thru of the complex and looks very nice. Clean and ground areas are green. A Plus for me is larger patios/balcony's then most places I've seen. Looking for a place now to move in end of Dec. I've read reviews and I see someone complained about odors.. The inside air quality is what you make it when windows are closed. When running the air conditioner it recirculates the inside air. It does not draw air from outside. Looks like a good place to live will inquire further in office.
apartment is nice on the outside but MANAGEMENT is HORRIBLE. since I moved in a year ago they keep trying to add extra fee's to my rent or claim that I have a balance. since we have gotten a new manager he is making it a little better but it still isn't enough. LORI the assistant manager is horrible, you tell her something she does her own thing & acts like she doesn't remember or know what you have told her. they have made my stay at palladium horrible & I'm only 21. if you're young DO NOT MOVE here!
