Manager wasn’t happy that I reached out to the manager above her because she failed to do her job as the property manager by addressing my issues and concerns. The gate has been open for 3 weeks there’s a lot of drug activity going on back here and breezeways smell like marijuana. Property has gone down hill it takes forever to get work orders completed. Office is clueless when you call them about anything. I will be moving out soon and can’t wait. I wouldnt rent from here.
I have been a resident here and have consistently paid my rent on time, and in some instances, even early. I provided my money order to the new manager with the pixie cut, yet my payment was posted incorrectly. As a result, I was charged late fees and ultimately received a three-day notice. I first visited Palladium East Berry, but unfortunately they did not have any availability that fit my needs at the time. However, they directed me to Palladium Fort Worth, and I’m honestly glad they did because the experience there was amazing from start to finish. Toray the new manager is absolutely the best!!! He’s so kind, he makes sure the property stays clean and he tends to his tenants!!!! He is such a blessing!!
This is literally the best complex I’ve been too, watch some of the reviews because people can be disgruntled and just upset they didn’t get their way. Toray has been an absolute blessing since I moved in back in August anything I need help with he’s always there ready to help I recommended this place to so many of my friends and family for how welcoming and caring it is. Definitely the place to be it’s a quiet and friendly community
