I had a great experience at Palladium Dental. Dr. Alexandra Negotei and her assistant Shannon were very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. The clinic is easy to get to, the atmosphere feels warm, and everyone there is helpful and welcoming. Big thanks to Dr. Negotei and Dr. Halim for the excellent work they did on my tooth. Everything was done carefully and with attention to detail. I highly recommend Dr. Negotei and the team at Palladium Dental for anyone looking for skilled and caring dental professionals.
Dr. S. Halim, Michel, and the rest of his team have been absolutely wonderful and supportive. They stuck with me and worked with me to navigate with my insurance company, Manulife, who seriously dropped the ball multiple times. Dr. Halim and Michel always provided clear instructions and expectations. Dr. Halim has been so very kind throughout this journey. It’s rare to find a dental clinic that sees you as a person, not just your teeth. That’s exactly how I felt here. The front desk staff made me feel welcome and at ease. Sydney, the hygienist, was gentle, kind, and professional. Dr. Halim greeted me warmly. We have been with Palladium Dental for 11yrs and stayed with them even when we moved further away. We have always received excellent care with this team. Everyone is attentive and kind, and most importantly trustworthy. We really appreciate Dr. Halim's approach of watchful waiting and never pushing for unnecessary interventions. Would recommend in a heartbeat!
