I was able to take a tour on valentines day and let me just say the staff was amazing !!!!! I met the manager Rhonda, and the leasing agent Daja they were both incredible ( sorry if I misspelled your names). The office smelled soooo good, and was decorated so beautifully. The apartment was breathe taking !! Thank you ladies for this wonderful experience .
I’ve been on the waitlist, and Ms Rhonda blessed me today. She was very, kind, patience and communicative. She truly is passionate and care about the residents and community. I am blown away! Everything was soo clean and the apartment looks incredible. She does so much to help single mothers such as a food pantry with diapers, wipes, food etc. They are actively involved with the children and do fun activities and help afterschool! She has made this the best experience I could ever ask for!!
Last year I stopped by the Palladium to inquire about a unit. However, there was none available at the time Rhonda, the Property manager and her assistant Deja were very professional and kind as they explained the process to me. I could see that they were very passionate about their jobs while providing a pleasant experience for the future residents. I called inquiring about a unit for this property although what I was looking for wasn’t available but however the property manager Rhonda was so nice kind and professional and still went above and beyond by referring to another property that could help me. I can tell she loves her job and care about the well being of others thank you Rhonda and may many blessings come your way
Quiero agradecer al equipo d oficina ,de este maravilloso complejo d apartamentos, me han hecho sentir bienvenida a pesar d q no hablo el idioma a fluido muy bien la comunicación,acabo d mudarme pero espero estar tiempo por acá,agradezco a la manager y su asistente su paciencia y felicitarlas por la limpieza y organización del local y su amable resivimiento infinitas gracias
