This is the best place to call home. Mrs Rhonda and Mrs Daje, are the best duo to run a property, it's clean, green and friendly. The staff members are amazing to work with, and treat you like family. I have witnessed some residents in the office cursing at Ms. Rhonda and Mrs Daje over something so small and so not necessary. The staff here is amazing and NONE of them deserve any foul language for anything. I have been living here for almost 2 years now, and haven't had any issues with any staff. I have been living here for almost 2yrs now, and I have been shown nothing but kindness, respect, patience, and above all, a better way of living. Rhonda runs a tight ship making sure everything is above and beyond what you would expect for apartment living, and Deja in the front office always greet you with a smile and listens to any concerns. Ms. Rhonda and Ms Daje were so helpful. They guided me through the process of the application and answered all of my questions. I love the atmosphere and the vibe of the place. The apartment was very clean and beautiful. I’ve been on the waitlist for a while and They both helped me to get set up. Thank you both for your kindness, patience and guidance. My husband and I have been looking for an an apartment and decided to check out the Palladium. We weren’t sure if they were in our budget, but online, I thought “ is this too good to be true?” And WOW. We were so impressed! We spent a good amount of time talking to Rhonda Houston, the property manager, about the amenities, saw a tour of one of the two bedroom units, and walked around the property. I’m extremely disappointed with the way this property is being managed, specifically by the manager, Rhonda Houston. She has been consistently unprofessional, and outright hostile. If she decides she doesn’t like you, she creates an uncomfortable and stressful living environment. She makes it feel like bullying and threatening . Rhonda’s management style is aggressive and lacks the professionalism you’d expect from someone in her position.
