I’m glad to live here. The office staff is very helpful and polite the move in was easy and simple Rhonda and Jennifer surely deserve a raise for keeping the property in good shape.

Today's movie event @ Palladium Crowley featuring " Micheal" was a time to remember! The management went all out for its residents as usual pampering us with all the fixins, snacks, popcorn and beverages. The time had was pleasurable for all ages! Thanks again to the staff at Palladium Crowley.

I have always wanted to live here for the past five years but have not been able to get in. My name is on the waiting list again so I’m keeping my fingers crossed.. Miss Rhonda is such a joy to talk to whenever I call. Her office staff is very good also. I can’t wait until I get to move in, so I will try and wait patiently. Thank you, Miss Rhonda for all your help. Keep up the good work!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Living here feels like you're constantly being watched. Management frequently claims they need access to your apartment for a "corporate inspection." These inspections happen every month, which feels excessive. If management or maintenance wants to get into your apartment, it often seems like this is the reason that's given. The pool is rarely enjoyable because it's constantly restricted. You have to wear bracelets to use it, and you only get one bracelet for each person on the lease plus two guest bracelet... read more
