My husband and I have been looking for an an apartment and decided to check out the Palladium. We weren’t sure if they were in our budget, but online, I thought “ is this too good to be true?” And WOW. We were so impressed! I’m extremely disappointed with the way this property is being managed, specifically by the manager, Rhonda Houston. She has been consistently unprofessional, and outright hostile. If she decides she doesn’t like you, she creates an uncomfortable and stressful living environment. She makes it feel like bullying and threatening . Rhonda’s management style is aggressive and lacks the professionalism you’d expect from someone in her position. Let me start by saying the excellence that I experienced with Rhonda was amazing she and the staff were very supportive in assisting me to join this lovely community. I have a concern with a resident being disruptive and disrespectful to Rhonda.I just happen to been in the workout room and overheard a loud voice yelling at her and I watch Rhonda defuse the situation with experience.She is an awesome manager and exile in supporting the residents and this property.Cheers to Rhonda ❤️
