The head woman at the apartment was awesome, but the other woman was a horrible person that made every time i had to pay rent a living hell, she is the worst kind of person. The appartments are way too expensive for "income based" and there are lots of issues with the appartments.
Currently live here and I love my apartment. Haven't had any issues maintenance wise, which is a blessing because if I did, it's next to impossible to get anyone in the office to answer the phone. I've also had friends who are interested in leasing that have called numerous times and still have not been able to talk to a property manager. I received a notice in my door with the wrong apartment number on it. It's a letter stating that the resident has an outstanding balance.
