Do not bring your car into the repair shop unless there are no other options. They replaced one part on my car and tried to upcharge me for brake pads that had been recently replaced and were still under warranty. When I got my car back from the dealer, my brakes were rubbing and misaligned and I needed to press down twice as far on my brake pedal for the brakes to work. My car does not feel safe to drive. Went in a while back for some serpentine belt issues with my wife's CX-5 and the staff was very helpful, fair and thorough in their diagnosis of the problem and the root cause. I usually have bad experiences with dealership service departments but Palladino Mazda deserved some praise for how they handled the situation and actually priced the replacement parts fairly. I even had some additional questions and the mechanic came and talked to me, providing very helpful and thorough answers.
