Liars, bullies and very unprofessional. Stay clear or they will ruin your life and credit! Between them and Returned to Prime continuing to support this lie is crazy. Their lawyer agreed they intentionally used the wrong car on my contract! They refuse to do anything about it. BUYER BEWARE!!
Horrific experience! Sold a vehicle with at least 11 issues and refuses to trade it or exchange it for 7 months. I was scared of it. Than they gave me a vehicle with no loan and when I told them they wanted it back. Guy Robineau knowingly put the wrong vehicle on my contract and refuses to change it. I would give zero stars if I could. Bullies, liars, shady, fraud, fish guts in my car....extremely professional. Forced to sue them. Their lawyers agrees they committed fraud. Wrong vehicle in loan contract and refused to correct it!! Definately do not follow a code of ethics!! OMVIC is aware.
