The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort.

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Yes, I'm never confident that my appointment will actually happen Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? Yes! It was absolutely excruciating Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Yes, they gave me one when I asked Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste

No, they were very calm and understanding Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes.
