Serene, comfortable and lovely definitely describe Palladian Place. The resort style pool is the perfect place to relax. There's even a waterfall in the courtyard. A luxurious spot to call home.
It's like an oasis between Chapel Hill and Durham. Having Leigh Farm Park with a frisbee golf course next door and the mile long walking trail is really nice. The fitness center inside is massive and modern. Love love love that the pool is open year-round.
This apartment complex is great! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The apartments are new with great layouts and fresh interiors. The gym is everything you could ever want. The maintenance staff fixes everything in a timely fashion and with a smile on their face. Da'Von especially is a hard worker, professional, and will do everything he can to ensure residents are satisfied. It's a great location allowing easy access to Chapel Hill, Durham, and Raleigh. I would highly recommend living here!
