The units are minimally maintained, 181 noise is harsh and kicks off at 5-6 A, the monthly rent is overpriced at $2200 (plus water, pet dep., elect, trash, pest control & non refundable move in fees - YIKES). The windows are so old many do not lock, they whistle anytime the wind blows (good luck sleeping well), the AC units are next to the master and are older for sure.
