BYOEP (bring your own ear plugs), noise central for sure. Units have neighbors garages right next to kitchen/living room areas and when neighbors garage door goes up/down it sounds like a marching band is passing - YIKES. The utilities are high, with aging AC units, monthly pet and insect protection fees bring your wallets.
The units are minimally maintained, 181 noise is harsh and kicks off at 5-6 A, the monthly rent is overpriced at $2200 (plus water, pet dep., elect, trash, pest control & non refundable move in fees - YIKES). The windows are so old many do not lock, they whistle anytime the wind blows (good luck sleeping well), the AC units are next to the master and are older for sure.
