Dr Hay is an incredible, attentive pediatrician. She pays attention to physical and social emotional health. She’s the best.
Our family is deeply thankful for Dr. Hay and the support she has provided for our two children over the past several years. She is kind, knowledgable, and highly accessible and responsive (including over text and middle of the night phone calls). Big time regrets. Not helpful when really needed.
Dr. Hay has been with me and my two kids since my oldest son (now 8) was just days old. She is the best healthcare provider I have ever had, and she has literally set the bar for me on what I should expect from a healthcare professional. She is present, thoughtful, caring, smart, knowledgeable, and available when I need her by phone, text, and email. I had a very disappointing interaction with Dr. Hay when looking for a pediatrician for our baby, who is due in two weeks. She was judgmental, arrogant, and clearly lacked respect for a parent's role in managing their child's healthcare. Within sixty seconds of speaking on the phone with me, she drew very quick (and incorrect) judgments about where I was coming from and then refused to answer any of my questions or even have a conversation with me.
