I've lived here for 5 years, and I enjoyed living there overall. The apartment itself is spacious, well-maintained, and the layout is functional. Communication from management is excellent. When we needed things done management Nerissa stepped right in and got the job done, it was done with absolutely no hesitation. Overall, this is a solid place to live if you're looking for a comfortable apartment in a convenient location the Palisades of Blythewood is the place.
Be careful with applying here. When you hear Phase 1 & Phase 2 be sure to clearly ask in depth what does that mean. Once I found out the difference they wanted me to reapply to the specific unit and pay another application fee. The manager stated they get the mid understanding ALL THE TIME! If that’s the case why do you all be sure to break that information down every time. NO MATTER WHAT…I now have wasted my $75 application fee. I am so incredibly grateful Ken came out on a Sunday and fixed the air, it was so hot in our apartment and he came out and fixed it and I can’t thank him enough, in my opinion he deserves a raise
