I wish I could put negative stars They never fix anything I paid for three months for a garage I couldn’t use because the garage door opener blew up in a lightning storm. Living at the Palisades has been a game changer with all the amenities and The wonderful staff, especially Ms.Nerrissa and Ms. Kennedy Who have always been very attentive to any issues or concerns I may have. I would definitely recommend These apartment homes to anyone who is looking for a nice clean Safe place to stay
As a long time resident - air force family on extended PCS. Management is amazing - NOW that it changed over to Ms. Nerrissa. I am a long time resident and can say that whatever was going on earlier she is fixing the complex. It had issues *before* she came in. Now i can't say that i have any issue that has not been addressed. All of the ladies in the front office are also the best. They are amazing. The location, amenities and especially the management and staff are over the top. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone moving to the Columbia, SC metropolitan area.
