Our doctor literally could not explain my sisters diagnosis. She suggested we wait for our primary doctor to explain when we fallow up. You pay someone thousands of dollars to explain absolutely nothing. Not only was that annoying but before l left i could hear a snotty nurse talking bad about the patients. If you dont like your job get a new one. The last thing a patient needs to hear when they are sick is someone mocking them. This hospitals emergency room is unprofessional its sickening.
