I went there November 15th for blood work and the next day I received a call from them telling me that they didn’t turn the page to notice that there other tests that had to be taken. I went back November 18th and now they called me back November 30th to tell me they were still missing more tests. This is the best example for incompetence and negligence! I had an O.p and if you go at your time like at 12:00pm you leave at 3:00pm they never have the doctor see you right on your o.p and anyone checking you.😡🤯🤦♀️ Like I was in so much pain ...
Friendly staff in Admissions, Radiology, laboratory, Cardiology and Concierge department. Professional and kind. They helped me get my studies done within a reasonable amount of time, very caring.
My primary care doctor wrote me a referral for my annual pelvic ultrasound and mammogram and Palisades medical center will only allow me to have these tests at their location if I pay my deductible upfront. Combined with my co-pay would be $3,100 for a doctor ordered, annual pelvic ultrasound and mammogram. I carry the BRCA1+ gene for breast and ovarian cancer. Most pathetic and unethical billing - this hospital should be shut down for their blatant fleecing!
Stay away from this hospital!!!! The night of October 8th, 2018 my son had a grand mal seizure for an unknown reason at around 9:30 at night. EMS took us to Palisades hospital and the whole staff was rude that night. We get put into a room within the emergency room. First the doctor comes in and asks “does he have a history of seizures”?
