DO NOT COME HERE. “Therapist” was so rude and backhanded disrespectful. The front desk lady was also giving attitude. If anything, the therapist made my conditions worse. It was so unprofessional, never once felt validated or cared. It’s awful to think these are the type of people who are trying to “help” those who are mentally ill in such an awful environment and manner. Go to the one in Union city, it’s so much better.
Every single employee has a sour look on their face. No one smiles. They only have one psychiatrist available who has an accent so strong that we genuinely had trouble communicating. The therapist/social worker had a terrible “bedside manner.” They are unhelpful, cold, and mean.
