The mussels tonight were amazing - great way to start the meal. My ribs and mixed green salad with chunks of blue cheese were perfect. Accompanied by a nice local Kalona lager - just right! My dining partners had the quail and trout salad - excellent! Thanks Elizabeth!

Humans walked upright and then decided to put beef between two slices of bread. They had no idea evolution would culminate in hamburgers such as those at Palisades. If proto-humans would have known, they would have invented shirts and shoes just to get served.
