I never post reviews and very rarely have anything nice to see about property management companies in Madison…but PALISADES PROPERTY MANAGEMENT has exceeded expectations. I would specifically like to thank Will for being so profession and friendly while I badgered him with my housing needs for two weeks straight. He went above and beyond and found me the perfect living situation. I appreciate Will for going above and beyond and for being witty and fun to work with throughout the process.

Here's a fresh take on the same experience, written from a different angle: --- Moved in expecting the "luxury" experience they advertise everywhere. I've since adjusted my expectations considerably. The front desk staff are pleasant enough when nothing is wrong — but the second you actually need them for something, you find out fast that pleasantness and helpfulness are two very different things. the maintainnence is fast and awesome， toilet got stuck last night and fixed when i woke up
Tim Sr. was so wonderful and quick to fix the maintence request! He fixed both the disposal and bathroom sink efficiently and I am very pleased.
