The Palisade Properties Management office was very helpful in assisting me in finding my housing for the following year, I appreciate all their support and highly recommend.
Tim Senior was great and fixed our sink very fast!
Tim senior is very diligent and fixed our sink in no time!!
They take forever to fix non-minor repairs, left residents without heat for a month during a -30 degree wind chill cold wave and were nasty to residents who were upset, and overcharged on utilities, and despite acknowledging this error, have continuously ignored phone calls asking when we will be refunded.
AVOID!!!!!!!
