Palisade's team has been super easy to work with. They're friendly, patient, very responsive, and go the extra mile in making sure you have what you need to make a decision and apply (whether it be tour a place a few times or ask a million questions.) Would not shy away from anything managed by Palisade.
Edited: 5.29,2025 They finally get me a literally brand new washer. Given the result and responsive action since we began negotiation, adjust star from 1 to 3. Original post： Worst property management in Madison. They never do any kind of cleaning and checking before moving in. That's what's they call "professional cleaning" in the other review about the security deposit theft. Funny huh. Picture shown is from 1800usd monthly rent 1b1b apartment. Really gross washer full of dirt and cat fur. Guess they never clean that，
Do not try to work for this company....when you are honest with the owners it doesn't matter and they will let you go without a real explanation. The treatment was unbelievably ridiculous.
Lived with palisade for the last two years - really great time renting with them. I’m someone who much prefers privacy to landlord involvement, and Palisade has never intruded or contacted me unnecessarily. I’ve spoken to people from Palisade twice in my time renting from them, and both times were because I reached out with a question. If you’re looking for a low-maintenance rental situation, highly recommend this group.
