Good, but ... – After having lived in Seattle for 11 years, I FINALLY got to Palisade recently. For a place that is frequently mentioned among Seattle's best restaurants, I have to say I was a bit disappointed. Nothing was wrong, per se. The food was good, the menu was good, the service was good, it's a beautiful building with a great view, etc. But, I thought it just didn't have any flare or feel and had a chain/corporate edge to it. Superior Seafood – Visiting from Portland, friends had told me about Palisade -- What a treat! The ambiance is exceptional from the first steps through the door, as is the service. Our server was efficient, knowledgable and gracious -- and the food was some of the best that I have had in the Northwest. I will be telling friends and aquaintances about my visit to Palisade for some time to come!
NW Favorite – This has long been one of our favorite restaurants. Consistently good quality food and great service. Whether for lunch or dinner, we have never been disappointed when entertaining friends or family. Its fabulous view only adds to the overall enjoyment when dining at Palisade.

Works for me... – I love going to Palisade because of the food, service, and view. I've been to Palisade roughly 10 times, and have always had great food/service. Only once were the dinner orders screwed up, and they not only fixed it, but gave us a gift certificate to come back and use. I have a hard time believing some of the negative reviews. I just don't get it – I have heard nothing but rave reviews about this restaurant for years. Well we finally ventured down for my mother in laws 60th birthday. The service was terrible and the food was not all that fabulous. The waitress brought me the wrong order (it took so long to correct that I ended up not eating), spilled a drink on my husband and completely forgot my pregnant sister in laws meal.
