As you enter this seafood restaurant, you walk onto a suspended bridge with iron railings. Starfish, crayfish and other marine life swim up to greet you. Lights dot the high ceiling for a starry quality. Blown glass hangs delicately from the ceiling to complement the warm, upscale Polynesian-style surroundings. Seafood specialties include Opah (a Hawaiian fish also known as Moonfish), served with a papaya, mango and pepper salsa, and apple-wood-grilled Hebi (Spearfish). More standard dishes include Ellensburg Lamb and New Yo... read more

Best Steak of My Life! – I have been to some of the best steak restaurants in the country and my #1 is definately from Palisade. Everything on the menu is great. It is a bit out of the way since it is not right downtown, but it is definately worth the drive. Amazing food, amazing views, and great decor. It is great for special events or just a night of fine dining.
Good View Restaurant – I always go to Palisade evrytime I have special occation. I took my clients, parents ,and also my girlfriend. They have wonderful view of Seattle, good food and good service. I highly recomend this place A++
A tourist restaurant for the tourists – Having living in Seattle for 16 years I no longer have to go to the tourist restaurants for dinner. That being said, I kept hearing all the wonderful comments about this restaurant so I decided to take the leap and try it out. I called to make reservations for that Saturday which from May through September is a joke because they set aside the majority of their tables for all the downtown hotel concierge while the cruise boats are docked. I made a reservation for 3 weeks later. We arriv... read more
Best Brunch – Terrific brunch with great food and atmosphere. Great for special occassions-birthdays, anniversaries, graduations.
Seattle's unofficial special-event destination creates high-concept meals. – In Short The menu is both familiar and semi-exotic, but everyone feels welcome at Palisade, from grandmas to businessmen. Views from the dining room are stunning; outdoor seating is worth its price in gold on sunny evenings. Fun Polynesian flavors accent the menu and tables are almost always full. Choices include a cedar plank heaped with buttery king crab legs and colossal white prawns, along with crab cakes and an assortment of pupu platter appeti... read more
For a special event... – This restaurant is expensive, however, for a special event I would highly recommend it. The waitstaff is wonderful and will be very honest with you about what to order. They offer recommendations and great service. I am not an expensive restaurtant diner, however, this is the ONLY place I will recommend for that high priced meal. It is worth it. Great view, beautiful inside, terrific food (I really like being able to order off the first seating menu - it is surely a value). Try the ice cream dessert ... read more
Grossly overrated tourist trap – My wife and I dine out frequently. We chose Palisade for her birthday dinner and so informed the restaurant. She ordered salmon medium rare. This is Seattle. The featured BBQ Salmon was overseasoned and overcooked. The replacement salmon was sent back raw as if the cook staff was passive aggressing us. My dish was also improperly cooked. The wine list was brilliant and saved the night but the food was inexcusable for a top of the line restaurant especially since they knew the night was a spec... read more
Seafood was very dry and bland – I was looking forward to eating at Palisade for my birthday dinner. I heard they had really good seafood. However, my boyfriend and I were very disappointed in the seafood. It was very dry, overcooked and bland. We spent over $120 for dinner (a bottle of wine and two entrees) and we feel like we did not get our money's worth. We will not be returning patrons and want to warn others to choose another restaurant if they want fresh, tasty seafood.
cannot describe how good it was – the best food i have possibly ever tasted were the crab legs and salmon here. its pricey but worth every dime. the service was incredible, as well, and the kitchen will make any combination of selections you want. they aim to please. i have been lucky to have dined in some incredible places, and this is top notch.
Palisade has a 4.3 star rating with 2,624 reviews.
Palisade is closed now. It will open at 9:00 a.m.
