Incredibly expensive comparing to other podiatry places and not better. I have an ingrown toenail after visiting this place. Expensive doesn't always mean better.

My son was enrolled at a soccer camp in Sydney and we had the pleasure of meeting Diana Palin along with the foot and ankle institute team who were on site during the event. She has been fantastic with providing first aid care for the kids and answering questions that parents may have with their kids sporting injuries. She has an excellent bedside manner with the kids which is very important when dealing with the paediatric age group. Highly recommended.
I was very happy with Palin Podiatry until recently when I was advised that Diana Palin was going on a secondment to USA. I was advised that Diana was leaving in a few days and I was not able to see Diana before she left. I was not happy at this point but still agreed to making an appointment for a week after my initial appoint was due. I was called a few days before my appointment and the receptionist asked if I had orthotics and because of this I needed to be booked with a different podiatrist.
