I was very happy with Palin Podiatry until recently when I was advised that Diana Palin was going on a secondment to USA. I was advised that Diana was leaving in a few days and I was not able to see Diana before she left. I was not happy at this point but still agreed to making an appointment for a week after my initial appoint was due. I had been here years ago and the service was great. They treated my Plantar fasciitis and left me with no pain. This year after many yeas pain free, it returned. I visited a local podiatrist who again diagnosed Plantar fasciitis and gave me an off the shelf orthotic. This did not help much so I went back to Palin. The podiatrist I saw said it was indeed plantar fasciitis and I needed a custom orthotic, She made some adjustments to the off the shelf one and said to return in 3 weeks. I am very happy with the service that I was provided by Diana Palin. Diana rectified an issue that I had with the orthotics that I had just ordered. Diana also made sure that my feet were also very well looked after & looked very clean . Thank you.
Always experienced and detailed with my complex foot issues. Patient care has been amazing. Would highly recommend.
