Dr. Lagwinski has been amazing. He takes the time to review, study, and analyze your symptoms and patterns. He's not quick to diagnose as he wants to make sure he gets it right. He's also humble enough to say, "I don't know" when he's not sure of something, but he's determined to figure it out.
Absolutely the worst customer service ever. My mother's been truly suffering with debilitating rheumatoid arthritis. Her doctor referred her to go to this doctor. took them over 6 months to get her in. She is a truck driver and she had to take off work to even get to the appointment. She got stuck behind a car wreck. So we called them, and they said they had a 10 minute late policy. She made it within the 10 minutes.
