Just stopped by to see if they had a part in stock. Nobody at the Parts counter waited about 7-10 mins still nobody I left. Seems this place doesn't like to make money. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. Still waiting on that return phone call from your service department.
Have 12 trucks that all have the same model palfinger Lift on them. Lifts are decent lifts have alot of wear parts so be prepared. I wont be doing business with this location as when i called to get parts the people that answer are rude and put-off that you are calling them and must be to busy for me. So I have decided to just remove the lifts and go with a different company with nicer people.
