We recently had our roof replaced and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The team was professional, efficient, and extremely responsive throughout the entire process. We were working within a very tight timeline, and they went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule and complete the work promptly. Extremely satisfied with Paletz Roofing service all the way from bidding at competitive price to completion of new Metal roof installation & final inspection within 3 months to our satisfaction... Their salesman Nick was very patient to close the deal.. and Pablo Gomez, Project Manager was very professional who took care of any issue until the last day and their demolition crew and installers were professionals. Highly recommend their service;;;:)

From start to finish, Paletz Roofing and Inspections made the entire process easy and stress-free. Jonnathan got everything set up, and from that point on it was smooth sailing. The communication and coordination were excellent, with timely emails and texts from both the office and the project manager, so I always knew what was happening and when.
