Made an appointment for a face to face meeting with Nick yesterday, Thursday at 10am (since they gave me package quotes via email without stepping a foot on our property). I called him at 10:15a to check but said our appointment is at 11am but yet he was in Cutler Bay as we were speaking. He said he'll call me back at 2:30p so he can come even late that day. We did an extensive research and quoted with many different companies, and we decided to go with Paletz because of their reputation and good reviews, perhaps we were unlucky , but our experience with them was not entirely good. We should have flagged the first contact with them asking for an estimate, they didn't even showed up, just sent a quote electronically based on satellite photos, which is ok, but when dealing such a large contract you want some human contact. From start to finish the Paletz team was great to work with on my roof. The metal roof process takes longer than a normal roof, and the team kept me sane during the entire process. Each and every day they made sure my property was clean and free of nails, screws, and trash before they left for the day. The team took their time and made sure that all of the cuts, edges, vents, and each detail were done and done right. All inspections passed on the first attempt with no issues.
