I have been calling since May to make an appointment, left 5 messages, spoke to Lorena once, she said she would call back by 5 to get me an appt, that was 05/17, still waiting. I am actually glad they did not call back this customer service is horrible.

This is office is a joke! No customer services, very rude, not helpful. Do not come to this clinical. Will find a new doctor ASAP

They never answer their phones, and if so they have a horrible attitude. Including Dr. Agatsein, it was probably the worst doctor I’ve ever been too. The way he spoke to me and treated me with annoyance like I was bothering him I didn’t ask to be there I’m just here for my appt. as my primary care referred me here.

Dr Agatstein is a skillful surgeon but was not happy I waited 1 hour to be seen by him. His Downey office staff (not the nurses) are a different story. They can use a refresher on customer service. I’ve viaited twice now and i’m both occasions I was unimpressed. The phones are ringing they are on the phone with someone while playing with their cell phones and stopping to talk about the daily events. My advice would be having a little bit more sense of urgency and being mindful of the perception you portrayed to the customers... read more
