I am disappointed AGAIN with Wash Masters Car Wash. I even tip the guys that spray the front and brush the back of your car just before you go through. You would think when someone gives you a tip you would do a really good job. But NO!!!!! They did not even do an almost good job! The back of my car looks terrible! I was not going to go back through again because last time I did; I got a plain wash that washed off the tire shine, & wax that I paid for. And let’s not forget about the looks I got!! Pulled in to get a wash plus the inside vacuumed with windows done. They said it would be awhile since there was a blue truck in front of me. They neglected to tell me the two door, two seat pick up was a full hour and a half (so far) detail!! When asked all he said was “told you it would be awhile “.
My daughter took my truck in for a $39 detail job, a lot of good work was done gotta give credit where it's due, that being said the drink holders in the back had not even been vacuumed and there was sticky goo left on the flip down console, how you miss this I don't know. My daughter was so proud after borrowing my truck for her vacation for a week and wanted to return it in tip top shape. We have had our vehicles washed several times at this place. Today we went there to get the suburban washed and they refused to do it. They said we had to take it across the street and wash it then bring it back. They said it had too much mud on it. Goodness guys you have a Car Wash. duh. You clean cars. Or you are supposed to. I will try to post some pics of this dirty suburban that they refused to wash.
Have been happy with the car wash, but on Saturday after the 18.00 wash, my car was not much cleaner than before the wash. I talked to the young guy (kid) about it and see what could be done. He told me nothing and I asked if I could go back through and I was told it would be better not to come back here. :(
