The automatic system must need servicing/repairs. The wash stopped twice while we were going thru. The guy working the entrance, refused to sent our car thru again. Total waste of money.
Took my car through. It smashed into the car in front of me during the wash. The car behind me also hit me. When I talked to the manager he said it wasn’t their fault. Said to exchange insurance information. Unbelievable response!! Don’t take your car there!
We stopped by last night to make an appointment to get our vehicle detailed - was told by the “manager” that an apt was not needed and to show up at 7am this morning to drop it off and it would be done in 3 hours. We showed up at 7:05 to be told that no one would even touch our vehicle until noon when 2nd shift arrived. When we repeated what we had been told, the morning “manager” said the other guy doesn’t know what he is doing. He told us we could leave it, with no guarantee that they could get to it today. 😡
I just paid for a full detail and did not receive one. $49 and my seats and carpets still are disgusting with dirt all over the place. Took pictures after I left, really sad the work they didn’t do.
Great service. and the attendants are very polite and do a wonderful job!
none of the vacuum's work and if they do u only have one for each car and u gotta argue with people about the hose that goes to your pump

had inside detailed. Had to go back twice to ask them to clean out the console and the dashboard. The inside of the windshield was streaked. I finally gave up.
Seriously, I've been through here at least 50 times, now you won't let me through because I have a tank with a hose in my bed??? Half the pickups in East Texas have them, so here's to hoping you join the ranks of putting yourself out of business!!!���
