so I came here because someone told me they have better prices on batteries... yeah, it was $63. but they didn't bother to tell me about the $98.50 charge for putting it in! seriously! the "labor" for installing a battery was $98.50!!! guess where I'll never be coming back for anything.....
Amazing service! Mark Sanchez is a wonderful salesman! We ended up purchasing not one but 3 vehicles all at once and he was more than patient! Literally spent 12 hours working with us! Highly recommend!!
Great customer service, Sam Parker was very helpful. The day after my old car completely died on me. I went there and had not been out of the truck but a min and Sam came out and asked me what I was looking for, I then informed him that I needed a car. He worked extremely hard to get everything done to get me in the car.
False advertisement to get you in the door is what I found, called ahead to make sure the Tahoe they was advertising was still available and I was assured it was and was ask if I wanted to come drive it, made a appointment to do so when I got there the" sales manager " said there couldn't read the odometer in the dash so they took it the auction and they had a newer model on hand i ask him he just now took it to the auction because I talked to someone 2 hours befor and I drove over a hour and a half to get there at this poin... read more
The two people we were dealing with was very good, paient , answered all our questions and when one one didn't work out they tried other options to get the car we wanted. Even when we had no hope they did it and I now have a 2014 dodge dart and I love it. These two guys were awsesome....
We had a great experience with this dealership, Dorrian (forgive me if I misspelled your name!) was very polite, he explained what was going on through out every moment of the process, he was very professional. We had our newborn with us and after awhile she became fussy and hungry. I breastfeed, and didn't know what to do and I was almost starting to stress out until a lovely lady (I never got your name, but you know who you are) helped me find a spot and helped me get settled to feed my little one.
