For years, I have been dealing with Palestine Oil and Lube on the loop. Today, I was going to get my car inspected by them. Maybe about 45 minutes before I got there, it rained. Afterward, the sun came out and dried up the road. I get there to Palestine oil and lube and ask them to do my car inspection. These folks told me it was too wet to do it and to come back when it was dry! I looked and the ground was dry! So I went on to the oil exchange on Crockett Road. Great friendly staff with quick service
Taking my vehicle since it was new ,2008. If first door by office is 'OIL CHANGE' was empty I drove up there. Today 3 cars were at the second door for 'INSPECTIONS' and I drove to first door told them I needed oil change. I was told to get in line behind the 3 cars for inspection before they would get to me. ????
Don't check my receipt that you filled fluid if you didn't do that service. If I told you that nobody wrote anything on my service sticker from the last time yall serviced my vehicle then I'm telling you the truth. Don't tell me it probably faded if it had been that long since I've had my last oil change. When I told the service tech that No, nobody wrote it on there. He replied with.
