I really enjoy staying here. Been here for about 6 months. The apartments are modern styled, spacious and clean . One of the highlights for me, of many, is the balcony. I love hanging out there. Management is very helpful and caring. Neighbors are nice and friendly with the exception of the smoking pot heads. This is CA I know. Either way, I recommend these apartments if you're ok with paying the rent prices.
DO NOT LIVE HERE. Who cares if the staff is "nice" when you are disturbed every single day of your life? There are constant water shut offs, non stop maintenance, drilling, hammering, demolition, painting fumes, debris, everything imaginable going on every single day of the week. Trucks beeping, street sweeping, trash pick up, leaf blowers, 8-10 hours a day, 6 days a week, sometimes even on Sundays. You will not get any peace living here, only between 12am-4am. Great Place! Management is very Nice and Welcoming. The Neighbors are Friendly and the Neighborhood is Quiet with Lots Of Things To Do Within Walking Distance (Parks, malls, shopping) My Family and I really Like It Here .An We’re Glad To Call Palermo our Home!.
I moved into Palermo in January. This apartment community is absolutely stellar. Perfect ammentities, staff is great, locations is prime, not to mention a hundred other pluses. I would recommend Palermo as a 10/10 for anyone wanting to move to the Las Angeles area. Freeways are with 5min drive, security is great, its a very comfortable place to live! Thank you, Palermo Staff for making my move a dream come true!
