We signed up the lease contract on Jul 23 2025 but decided to cancel it on Aug 15 2025. According to the contract we have 45 days to cancel. They said that we can't do that because 45 days is already passed. She said that the lease started on July 1st. How is that possible? We applied July 23rd. I will definitely not recommend this place to anybody I know. Not to mention my son moved in Aug 16th but charged the whole month of rent.
The staff at the office is unprofessional , rude and unkind. Once a resident is admitted, their well-being doesn’t seem to matter.
They will keep your deposit. We cleaned and still charged us roommates cleaning fees each individually. They are charging for small scratches that were already there when we moved in. It’s against CA law to keep deposit for normal wear. Trust me you won’t see your deposit back. I don’t have the time for small claims or i would take them. They know most people don’t have the time. They also have roaches that was never taken care of. Just go somewhere else, my other apartments I rented I never had an issue with deposit.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE. 1. Security tries finding problems with EVERY resident here. They don’t allow anyone to have fun at the pool as they come in the pool area, flashing everyone with there bright flashlights and start examining there belongings. They also are parked at the entrance of the gate, staring down every resident that comes in. They’re only priority is to fight with residents and get there cars towed. 2. THIN WALLS.
