I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE. 1. Security tries finding problems with EVERY resident here. They don’t allow anyone to have fun at the pool as they come in the pool area, flashing everyone with there bright flashlights and start examining there belongings. They also are parked at the entrance of the gate, staring down every resident that comes in. They’re only priority is to fight with residents and get there cars towed. 2. THIN WALLS. This place is hellish. Mold, german roaches, flies, expensive rent, maintenance people never come, they charged me for “losing” a parking pass when I HAVE NO CAR. Staff is mean, I constantly hear screaming and the police are always here. They tow everyone including my friends who had parking passes. I’m moving out early and just paying the last two months rent left on my lease even though I won’t be living here because it is THAT bad. I didn’t get my deposit back and my apartment was spotless.

This Palazzo area is a great place for newcomers. I say this because one of the workers I came across. This young man who I believed his name was Chris is always working and doing a great job. There was one time I drop my smoothie on the hallways and he went and cleaned it up after. So Palazzo has themselves a great one!

I’ve waited two years to write this review :) To any parent looking through these reviews to see if it would be good for their kids, take it from a student who lived here- and read this list I made you to beware of this place. 1. Parking is the most confusing thing EVER and if you ever try to park in “guest parking” you are at constant risk of being towed. **Absolutely Terrible Experience at Palazzo at Campus Pointe** ** 0 Stars Avoid Palazzo at Campus Pointe at all costs. This place is a nightmare for international students. Safety here is a huge concern—students have been threatened, there are constant reports of theft, and it’s especially unsafe for women. The management is a complete disaster.
